This is a simple Natural herbal rock sure cure for obesity.

I will give at least three different herbs that is sure to cure diabetes if religiously applied. It is certain failure is impossible.
1. Ewe ewuro  (bitter leave ) that  have scientific name called Vernonia Amydalina (Ewe Efirin) (Basil or scent leave) with scientific name Ocimum  Grattissium. ewe ejirin wewe  (known as bitter melon) with scientific name jatropha. The green fresh leave of this three aforementioned leaves that's: bitter leave, bascil or scent leave and bitter melon  should be get in sufficient quantity depends how the quantity of juice we intend to get from the leaves, we wash the leaves with clean wate to remove soil or germs or insects. We now put the three leaves inside mortal and will use pestle to pound it. We not add any water, because we only need the juice from the leaves. After that we seive the juice we get from the three leaves. We now add little salt for preservation.
